Psychotherapy is a journey that is undertaken by 2 people (individual therapy). My responsibility is to create a safe space and guidance to allow you to explore your hurts, concerns, anxiety and depression. In this fast paced world, it is hard to take time for oneself. Therapy allows you to carve out time for you – to talk, to learn new coping strategies, to learn to relax. Although talking about past or current hurts does not always feel good, it is the way to begin to heal and to move on to live a more integrated, content life.
